review on A Series of Unfortunate Events

Yesterday my mom and I went to the library and got the audio version of A Series of Unfortunate Events, the first book. I got so into it that I heard the whole entire book. I chose the first book because I had not read it. I thought, "Maybe I can hear it instead."

I really liked the book and enjoyed how Tim Curry read it.

pompeii

Today in history,my mom and I researched Pompeii. We found that many people were fond hugging each other as they died. Some were animals but most were people. Some were skeletons waiting for a boat that never came.

I would feel so scared.

The deadly gasses and ashes killed people immediately. Centuries later, people came to Pompeii and cleared the ashes and found the bodies and the city's buildings. Mt. Vesuvius is the only volcano to spew deadly gas ash and lava at the same time.

rainy days

Today it is raining and I don't have anything to do but sit here and read or stay here on the computer.

going to the farmers market

Every Saterday When it is hot my dad and I go to the farmers market and buy food. sometimes. My freind jodie goes with Me so today she is going because my mom and dad are away
